CHILD DENTAL BENEFITS SCHEDULE (CDBS):
We are pleased to offer services under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) to ensure your children receive the dental care they need.
Here’s how the CDBS works:
Eligibility: The CDBS is available for eligible children aged 2 to 17 years. Eligibility is determined based on receiving certain government benefits such as Family Tax Benefit Part A. Benefits: Each eligible child can receive up to $1,052 in dental benefits over two consecutive calendar years.
Benefits cover a range of essential dental services, including examinations, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, root canals, and extractions. No Out-of-Pocket Costs: For most services covered by the CDBS, there are no out-of-pocket costs. Our practice will bulk bill these services directly to Medicare.
